- I became disillusioned and piled on more weight.
- Clothes stopped fitting me. Then the new bigger clothes I bought stopped fitting me!
Then, I was reading online (Reddit I believe) and came across the fasting forum. I was instantly intrigued.
Tons of research led me to giving Intermittent Fasting a shot.
I have never looked back.
I lost weight, gained LOADS of energy I was previously lacking and became a productivity machine.
